McCulloch County 590 +/- Acres
DESCRIPTION:
This McCullough County ranch is a 590 +/- Acre tract loaded with wildlife located in the geographical center of Texas. It is a near perfect rectangular shape- which is a nice benefit. This property is 10 miles Southwest of Brady and is surrounded by large scale cattle ranches. The Brady region offers some of the top native whitetail opportunities in the Texas hill country. In fact, the most well-known and legendary free-range whitetail buck ever killed in Texas, the notorious Brady Buck, was harvested in this area over a century ago.
WATER:
East Cow Creek, a small seasonal creek, runs from North to South through this tract of land. A retention pond is positioned on the Northern end of this tract and typically holds water during wet months in a rainy year.

Large populations of whitetail deer are consistently observed along with a free-ranging herd of monster axis deer on occasion. Brady is the creme de la creme of deer hunting in the Texas Hill Country in many serious deer hunters eyes. The mystique of this region was first started with the Brady Buck taken over a century ago. As mentioned earlier, it was harvested in the Brady area and is reported to be the largest free ranging whitetail Texas has ever produced- scoring an incredible 284 3/8ths B&C.
Rio Grande turkey, hogs, dove, and occasionally quail can also be seen on this property.
TOPOGRAPHY/VEGATION:
Much of the ranch is comprised of live oak, shin oak, and mesquites as well as other native brush species providing a good amount of seclusion for wildlife. Elevation ranges from 1,890ft at the lowest point to 1970ft at the highest point. There are various higher points along the ranch that afford you solid views in several directions.
