The house was completely stripped down and renovated starting in 2017 and recently completed with new DreamStyle windows installed in 2023. The 3000 sq ft house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an updated large kitchen, fireplace, large master bedroom with attached private porch. The basement has been renovated to include a large bedroom and storage room. The newly added on sunroom leads to an amazing, covered porch with an outdoor fireplace. The house is tied into the community drinking water and is outfitted with a top-of-the-line Pelican water filtration system. The house does have DirectTV and Hughes Net highspeed internet. Each room is heated via wall-mounted propane heaters and an electric baseboard heater in the basement.

Detached from the house is a 25x25 cinderblock garage with insulated roof. A 30x50 Millerbilt shop was completed in 2020. The shop features a gravel floor and large roll up garage doors on each side allowing you to drive through the shop. A steel 24x50 hay or equipment barn was recently constructed. This property does have 40 shares of irrigation rights from the Miami Water Users Association. There is potential to purchase more shares from the Association. The entire property excluding the area of improvements consists of smooth brome grass. The owner can irrigate the entire property or choose which areas to irrigate depending on the water availability for that year. The property currently has a holding pond that is filled with water from the irrigation ditch. There is also an irrigation system in place to flood irrigate ~40 acres. There is a hand dug well with a solar powered pump that is used to fill two 3,000-gallon storage tanks. From there the water is piped to two cattle drinkers, one in the corrals and one in the pasture. The storage tanks are also piped to hydrants around the yard for watering trees or flowers.
