Midway Farm

Midway Farm is a beautiful country place where one can live in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woodlands and family farms. Hunting is excellent for quail, deer and turkey.

Midway is in an excellent location between the towns of Sasser and Herod in a beautiful rural area of farms and plantations; yet convenient to shops, restaurants, and medical facilities in the cities of Albany and Dawson. Spring fed Brantley and Chickasawhatchee Creeks run through this area with plenty of fish and wildlife

Timber on Midway Farm is excellent. There are 137 acres in second generation CRP pines. The balance of the farm is in natural woodlands, a half-acre pond, and wildlife food plots. (see aerial photograph below)

Midway is twenty miles from Albany, sixty miles from Columbus and one hundred and sixty miles from Atlanta.
