This property is located South of Dodson about 12 miles on Stage Coach Road. There are 1,760 acres of deeded land with 972 of those acres considered as improved pasture. There is a 320 BLM Lease known as Upper Tressler Coulee #5465 included.

This area is highly recognized for it's Prairie Pot Hole amenities which provide annual wetlands for upland birds migratory nesting in the spring.

A new well was drilled in 2017 and is about 580 feet deep and offers excellent water. There have been about $138,000 of input with new insulated well house, power, pipeline, four stock tanks (one of which is a winter tank near the well) fence, gates and cattle guard at the approach.
