Mountain Creek Tract

The Mountain Creek Tract is a very diverse tract with multiple ages of pine plantation, hardwood bottoms and nearly six acres of wildlife openings. Both Mountain Creek and West Mountain Creek traverse the property. Located just 1.7 miles from Highway 31 and 6.6 miles to Interstate 65. Only 35 minutes to Montgomery, AL and 1 hour to Birmingham, AL.

Timber types are as follows:

~131 acres of natural hardwood/pine

~84 acres in 2021 loblolly pine plantation

~91 acres in 2020 loblolly pine plantation that has been thinned and understory has been treated for mid story competition

~76 acres in 2002 longleaf pine plantation

~90 acres in 2008 loblolly pine plantation

~6 acres in open food plots

~13 acres in roads/non-forest
