LOCATION
The Mountain View Pivots lie in two tracts located 11 miles north of Wheatland, Wyoming on a well-maintained county road. Wheatland is the county seat and town provides local services. Other major services are available in Cheyenne, Wyoming, located 80 miles south.

The west pivot has an irrigation well permit for 850 gpm, with a depth of 348 and a static water level at 90.
The east pivot has an irrigation well permit for 825 gpm, with a depth of 348 and a static water level at 155.
With three cuttings per year, in 2022, with an early freeze, the production was 4.85 tons per acre. In 2023 the production was 5.29 tons per acre. The electrical costs from Wheatland REA are approximately $6,000 per month during the growing season.
There is a submersible well on the west pivot that provides stock water. The property is fenced with four-wire barbed wire. The Mountain View Pivots have electrical service, irrigation wells and livestock water.
