Southern Land Exchange is pleased to offer for sale Sweetapple Holdings.

This package consist of 11 properties ranging from 68 acres to 498 acres. The total acreage is approximately 3041.21 and the total cost of the package is $5,100,000. These properties are located in Taliaferro, Warren, Oglethorpe and Glascock counties all with varying age classes of planted pines. Most of the properties have great water sources and have been leased for hunting throughout the years.

These properties will be a great addition to any portfolio. All tracts have been properly managed to ensure the proper thinning intervals. While no timber cruises are available a narrative of each tract is included for review. Many of these tracts have merchantable timber with plenty still growing.
