Agent's Notes: Property has a very good dirt road that is maintained by the Forestry Service that provides access to the property. It borders the Ouachita National Forest on 2 sides and is one of only handful of private properties nearby. You can literally step from this property onto 1.7 million acres of public hunting, hiking, horseback riding and much more! The property is only 1 mile from the beautiful Talimena Scenic Drive, one of the most scenic byways from the Rockies to the Great Smokey Mountains. Also, about 1 mile away is a hang gliding launch point on top of the drive, for those brave enough to take flight! The opportunity to purchase a gem like this does not come along very often.
FYI: The pictures in the photo tour that are close ups are on the property itself. The pictures from a distance are viewing the property area from the Talimena Drive and hang gliding launch point.
