Even though this is a high end tillable piece, their are definitely some recreational possibilities as well. On multiple visits over the last few weeks, I have seen turkeys strutting out in the corn stubble. The last time out, my son and I seen 1 tom, 2 jakes, and 4 hens. Being surrounded by brush on 2 sides, I can only imagine how productive a well placed tower stand would be. The Neosho River has long been know for producing top end Kansas bucks. Maybe the most intriguing recreational aspect is the waterfowl hunting. Part of the property is set up to hold water and this area is a great corridor for migrating birds.
Neosho River bottom land rarely comes available in Allen or Neosho County. Do not miss your opportunity on this highly productive piece of Kansas dirt. To set up your own personal tour, contact Brian Helman (620) 212-2027 , today!
