Nice New WRP Tract With Camp Site Close To Turkey Creek

If you act fast, you can get involved with the planning of this new WRP tract in an area where the deer herd is increasing every year. The WRP transformation will begin in 2023 after the 2022 hunting season. This tract is off Highway 875, only yards from the Turkey Creek Reservoir. It consists of approximately 36 acres of WRP and 3 acres of campsite and fish pond (never stocked). Two operating water wells support the fish pond and flooding of the 10+ acre duck pond. The 39-acre property connects to another WRP tract. Several hundred acres have recently been enrolled into the WRP program, and a good herd of quality deer is growing.
