Here's a beautiful property located on the Prairie River! The western portion of the property has more flat terrain with a mix of aspen and ash, mostly with some slight elevation changes. The river roughly cuts through the middle, and along the SE corner area is a beautiful and prominent ridge overlooking the river. If a person owned this, keeping a small boat or canoe stashed down by the river would allow for some beautiful paddling along the prairie river or easy access to the ridge across the river and tons of public lands to the eastern border of this property! Pulling up to the property, I saw a flock of turkeys out on the road and turkey tracks. I also saw deer and grouse sign as well. Along the river, I saw some ducks and a beaver near the beaver lodge and ridge area. This truly amazing property is where you could enjoy a diverse property that would allow excellent opportunities for hunting deer, bears, grouse, waterfowl, and trapping. Also, potentially some fishing, as I've heard from folks farther east along the river that the river can get some sucker runs in the spring. There is a trail cleared that goes a little way out towards the river from the road. At the road by this trail is a nice higher ground area that might work for someone to build or put in a camper. Power is just across the road. While walking around this property, I found it pretty easy to fall in love with it!
