Nutter Tract

The Nutter Tract offers a rural retreat and timberland investment property less than a half mile west of the South Fork Hughes River in eastern Wirt County, West Virginia. The tract is located within 15 minutes of the town of Elizabeth, and is less than 40 minutes from downtownParkersburgand the Ohio River.

Historically, the Nutter tract has been managed for timber production. The acreage consists of a mixture of younger hardwoods offering a recreational habitat for both deer and turkey.
