Oso Creek Ranch

Located in the Blue Mesa area of Powderhorn, Colorado is the Oso Creek Ranch, encompassing 80 plus-minus acres of stunning mountain property. Elevations of the ranch reach 9,800' with aspens, pines, and meadows making up its stunning topography. Oso Creek Ranch crosses the northwest corner of the ranch attracting wildlife to the property. The ranch is in Game Management Area 66, known for its trophy elk and mule deer. To the north of the ranch is Blue Mesa Reservoir in which many fishing records have been set, and to the west is Lake Fork of the Gunnison, which is known for its great fly fishing.
