OSR tract

About 20 mins west of I-45 and 20 mins from Bryan, TX, located along the Old San Antonio Road, designated as one of the historic trails of Texas, this piece of Brazos Co land offers a combination of water, woods, and pasture. This is a tract of land that feels as big as the history it fronts and has many features that allow it to be used for recreation, agriculture, and/or a potential home site. The creek meanders through the property along which the flood plain follows. There's a separate pond along the southwest side. Divided from its parent tract, recent improvements include new net wire fencing along the highway, TxDot approved entrance, improved low-water crossings, selective clearing, and a new survey.
