Water: The ranch is very well watered with one strong water well with a pumping capacity of 150GPM. There are 4 stock tanks on the ranch that can all be supplemented by the water wells. In 2018 the owner installed new 2 and 3 water lines and upgraded the water well with new pump equipment. There is one 83 acre field that would be ideal to install a pivot or other form of irrigation. The water well on the ranch is currently equipped with a pump that would supply the needs for a pivot if installed by the new owner.
Ranchero Creek cuts through the property and there is a big natural water hole on Ranchero Creek that holds water year round.
