Parker Bayou on Pearl River

Located on the banks of Pearl River across from Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, this land is a rare find.  Enjoy hunting, fishing or just the outdoors as the 150 acres has numerous atv trails throughout.  Timber ranges from bottomland hardwood  to pine-hardwood.   Larger food plots make for good deer hunting and find winter ducks on the famous Parker Bayou where several reality shows has been filmed. Nestled in the trees on the banks of Pearl River to enjoy fishing or boating on the Pearl River, or boat across to the 36,500 acre refuge. The 33 acres of south end along the paved Parker Hammock Road is higher and drier for possible residential uses.
