Paseo del Rio Grande

The Paseo del Rio Grande is a slightly irregular shaped with its longest boundary (east) fronting along the Corrales Riverside Drain. There is a solitary wooded bridge (photo in brochure), one of the only bridges of its type for miles, crossing the Corrales Drain providing access to the Rio Grande River Bosque. The tract also fronts paved Alamo Road on its west boundary. The Paseo del Rio Grande's acreage is 15.1671 per the most recent survey completed.

Location/Access:

The Paseo del Rio Grande is located in Albuquerque's prime north valley area. Paved road access is provided by nearby Coors Road NW. The tract is located just southeast of the Paseo del Norte and Coors interchange adjacent to the river levee/Bosque.
