Picturesque Hunting Recreational Tract With Building Site

Here's a one-of-a-kind listing in my region for the serious big whitetail hunter. One of the largest whitetails I've ever gotten on camera was on a property right across the road from this one. The area is well known for the big bucks that roam the vast timberland in this region. The property consists of bottom ground enrolled in WRP with the South Fork of the Green River running through it. There are a couple of ponds in the bottom, and a powerline runs through the center. Hint - an ideal place for a couple of shooting houses. The remainder of the property consists of timbered hillsides with roughly 250 feet of elevation change and a trail system that provides access throughout the property.
