Pine Plantation/Recreational Hunting Tract Within Company Land

This stand contains an adequately stocked 5-year-old pine plantation planted in ~2017. The property is located within a large block of timber company land, providing ample opportunity to attract and hold wildlife. Some hardwood remains along two stream tributaries on the east and west sides of the stand to allow for some small game and bow hunting. A pipeline transects the middle of the property, providing deer hunting stand locations and internal roads. Soil conditions are sandy, and the topography is well-drained. The property has historically been accessed through all-weather timber company roads. The access is not considered deeded but is regularly used by lease hunters to access the surrounding land base. Additional hunting opportunities could possibly be gained through existing hunting lease land.
