Pine Ridge Timberland Tract

This timber and hunting tract has 290 acres of high-quality timberland and is just minutes from West Hattiesburg and Purvis, MS. There are 3 ages of pine timber to provide immediate and periodic timber with 60 acres of older hardwood and Black Creek flowing through the east end round out the wildlands. There is a great camping spot on the creek for fishing and the deer and turkey hunting is excellent. Gravel is on-site for road improvement projects, even has 2 small gravel pit lakes for fishing. Also, there is a house site with utilities on the highway with a metal shed on a slab to store equipment.
