Pond Road Almonds and Open Land

106.05 Gross acres of mature almonds and open land located in Southern San Joaquin Municipal Utility District (SSJMUD). The offering includes two separate parcels consisting of 75.81 net acres of almonds planted in 2004 and 26.96 acres of fallow open land.
