Potato Creek Tract

Potato Creek is a 170-acre tract of land the runs along Potato Creek which flows into the Santee National Wildlife Refuge located in Clarendon County. It is located just off of I-95 and is convenient to Charleston and Columbia. It is also close to Lake Marion and the many landing sites. There is merchantable natural pine and hardwood and recently clear cut pine plantations. Established interior roads allow for easy access throughout the property. The property provides a great habitat for multiple species of game such as deer, turkey, and duck. The Santee area is known for great outdoor activities, golf, spectacular hunting.
