Powderhorn Ranch

A planned unit development (PUD) is a type of ownership where individuals actually own the building or unit they live in but the common area lands are owned jointly with the other members of the development.

The Powderhorn Ranch is a PUD consisting of 30 acres with seven residential lots. Each lot is approximately 35 X 50 and have all utilities installed including natural gas, electric, water, septic, and telephone. Each lot owner will jointly share ownership of the common area with the other lot owners. All maintenance of the common property will be taken care of by the homeowners association.
