Producing Orange Grove

This property is a Valencia orange grove that has a fruit contract that includes next years crop (2021).

The property features very high production; picking in excess of 300 boxes per acre in the 2019 harvest

season. Irrigation is in great shape, having just added a new submersible pump and irrigation control.

The ditches have recently been cleaned and resets planted.
