Located 12 miles east of Beloit on the north side of Hwy 24 sits this 200 acre pasture that offers much more than your typical pasture. On the east end of the pasture, there are pipe fenced pens and cattle working areas for gathering, sorting, or wintering. These pens are perfectly placed at the bottom of a bluff that works as a natural wind block from those cold North winds. There is water available in the pens and plenty of room to store and mix feed just outside the pens. The southeast corner has a brome field that has been fertilized giving the options for haying. A good portion of this pasture ground could be broke as it lays nice and has tremendous soils. Check the maps! It seems like rangeland is getting harder to find so don’t miss out on this great farm.
