Main house located on the south parcel was built in 2014 and is a 1 story 2400 sq.ft. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with an open floor plan. Office area and mudroom. Hickory cabinets throughout. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Heated with forced air and air-conditioned. Wood stove. located near the house is a new 30 X 70 heated shop(Propane and wood) with 3 Roll-up doors. Also and older, smaller 3 room barn behind the house. Both of these buildings are steel sided.

The first quest house is located in the center parcel. It was built in 2006. It is a 2 story, approx. 1100 sq.ft. The upstairs is an open loft area for sleeping. Downstairs is the kitchen, living area and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Full washer/dryer. It has forced air heating with a wood stove also. located near this house is a large 30 x 60 implement barn ( houses a professional walk-in cooler from US coolers) a smaller 20 x 20 open barn currently housing a sawmill and a 9x9 heated dog house with attached fenced yard. All of these buildings are steel sided. The corrals are located in this area.

The second quest house is located on the north parcel and is 1 story built in 2013. it is approx. 1064 sq.ft. It has an open floor plan with 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We are currently finishing the bathroom and ceiling. It also has a laundry room. Heated by forced air and has a wood stove. it is located a little back off the road in a beautiful valley nestled at the foot of forested rock buttes.
