Ranch on the Blacks Fork River

The Ranch on the Blacks Fork River is located in Uinta County, Wyoming approximately 14 miles southwest of Mountain View. Bordered by thousands of acres of BLM, the subject property is comprised of 346.4 deeded acres with approximately 80 acres irrigated. The Blacks Fork River runs along the western edge of the property for approximately a mile. This stone bottom stream provides an excellent opportunity for the avid angler to catch rainbow and brook trout. The rugged ridge to the east, the irrigated meadow and lush river bottom provide excellent habitat for a variety of wildlife including mule deer, antelope and the occasional moose. Approximately eight miles south of the ranch, the Meeks Cabin Reservoir and Wasatch National Forest provide additional recreational opportunities for the outdoorsman.
