Access: This property is accessed by turning off a county-maintained Zafra Road onto a private road with a well-maintained unpaved road.
Land: There are 40 acres m/l of level to gently sloping land. There is a ridge in the middle of the property that gives a scenic view in every direction, including the Winding Stair Mountains. The land was clear cut several years ago leaving the hardwood trees and now there are young growth pines. There are two draws running through the property which would make an ideal location for future ponds. An abundance of wildlife is often seen on this property. The Ouachita National Forest is 1-mile North supplying an extensive trail system for ATV riding, horseback riding, fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities. This land is surrounded by larger tracts owned by timber companies.
