A perennial stream known as "Lemon Creek" runs through the property from a north to south direction. This creek bottom created a wetland zone in the northeast corner of the property as well as some bottomland hardwood timberland. A petroleum pipeline right-of-way runs along the southeast corner of the tract and crosses "Tram Road". According the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property is based upon an assortment of fine sandy loams and other soil complexes which give the property a weighted average site index rating for Loblolly Pine of 85.5 feet (base age 50).
