There is not a better mix of brush do to its nutritional value to grow huge deer in South Texas as Webb county in known for. Driving on the ranch you will notice the brush is very thick and other than the really nice clean and wide senderos, the cover is excellent. As you travel further south on the property, it really is incredible how the quality stays the same, but you get into a more motted type brushy habitat which also allows for excellent quail hunting capabilities with dogs.

This place has everything needed for an amazing hunting experience, including a very comfortable compound complete with camp houses and amazing covered pavilion for reminiscing about the days hunt.

This ranch is set up for not only a hunting weekend, but has every convenience needed for the whole family to come along and enjoy the outdoors together. The headquarters consists of a 4 year old ranch house that is approximately 1,400 sq. ft. and it has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath with central A/C. There is a separate cabin for guests with 2 rooms as well as a full bath accessible from the outside. 'The center piece of the headquarters is the 3.600 sq.ft. covered pavilion with a cooking area and cleaning station with skinning rack. This is the perfect setting for entertaining clients or family. Storage at the headquarters consists of 2 shipping containers under a pole barn. There is a nice set of cattle pens at the headquarters also.
