This property consists of two nice quarters of mixed dryland farm ground, grass and CRP. Close to 60% of the tillable farm ground is classified as Class 2 soils. The quarters are attached but sit “catty corner” to each other. There is also an established tree break on the Northwest end of the East quarter creating a spot great for wildlife habitat. This farm has good road access on both the West and East side of the property. There is an REA line that runs along the road on the West boundary of the West quarter.
