Roguelea Subdivision is a proposed subdivision of one 10.14-acre tax lot into 20 residential lots. The subject property is located off Roguelea and Larch streets in Grants Pass, Oregon. The property is adjacent to the city limits and annexation is applied for in 2025. The R-1-8 zoning is appropriate for the proposed residential subdivision. The northern portion of the site has 3.3 acres of delineated wetlands. In addition, the wetlands area will comply with the FEMA Flood Plain Habitat & Storm requirements. A conceptual Site Plan has been prepared by the applicant's architect. This shows the proposed 20 residential lots, mixture of duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and zoned to meet requirements
