Isolated but close to it all! The little hideout sitting on the ridge just west of Robbers Cave, overlooking the mountains south and the valley north. A great place for that cabin, a little hunting, a little relaxing, just hiding out.
LOCATION: Latimer County, Southeast Oklahoma, less than 4hrs from DFW, 3hrs from OKC, 2hrs from Tulsa, 1hr from Ft. Smith. Approximately 7 miles north of Wilburton, the county seat. Just west on the ridge from Robbers Cave State Park.
SITE: 40 acres m/l located just 7+ miles north of Wilburton, Oklahoma in the Sans Bois Mountains. A moderately sloping terrain covered in mostly mature timber. Peak runs east-west across property, with slope to the north but most to the south.
COVER: Presently a dominant mixture of mature hardwood and pine.

WILDLIFE: In an area that is noted for exceptional whitetail deer and Eastern Wild Turkey in addition to the small game. James Collins Wildlife Management Area is just north a few miles and practically adjoins the Robbers Cave WMA.
