LOCATION: Located in LeFlore County, Southeast Oklahoma on the north slopes of the Winding Stair Mountains.

Less than 4 hours From Dallas, 2 hours from Tulsa, and less than an hour drive from Ft. Smith, AR.

Approximately 4 miles south of LeFlore, a small rural community. On the North area of the Ouachita National Forest.

There are also numberous lakes in the area including Wister, Cedar, Kerr, Eufaula.

SITE: 40 Acres m/l of mixed hardwoods and pines. Nice gently slopes to level property with a pond and Cedar Creek.

IMPROVEMENTS: Good road access.

USAGE: Hunting, recreation, atv, homestead.

TOPOGRAPHY: Nearly level to gently sloped.

WILDLIFE: Excellent area for whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, black bear, wild hog and various small game.

WATER: Cedar Creek and nice pond.
