This ranch is located in two tracts of some of the most sought-after grazing lands in the Continental U.S.A.

There is a State of the Art livestock barn with a vet room with shower, a half bathroom, a saddle house, an electronic scale (12 X 24 ft.+/-), a hydraulic working chute with an S. tub and a 40 ft. lead-up alley, a large set of metal working/shipping pens built in the last five years which is capable of handling up to 1200 head of 800 lb. cattle at one time according to the owner. One of these four wells is equipped with a 1 HP submersible electric motor and pump which produces water for a 2 inch pipeline piped to the headquarters on the north ranch and also furnishes water for an extensive pipeline on both the South and North ranches.
There are four additional wells on the south ranch, two of which are equipped with solar powered submersible electric motors and pumps and two equipped with windmills.
b.)NORTH RANCH: The North Ranch is watered by a large storage tank at the headquarters which is filled by the pipeline from the South Ranch to the storage tank providing water to the headquarters and an extensive pipeline system.
There are also four wells equipped with windmills for a back-up water supply for livestock and wildlife.
8. The majority of the fences on the ranch are in very good condition. Most of the fences are four or five strands of barbed wire on steel/cedar posts and most of which have been replaced within the past ten years.
