Research Parcel InformationThis farm is located just 1.5 miles east of the Illinois River and 8 miles south of Hennepin, Illinois. From Chicago, take Interstate 80 west to I-180 Hennepin Exit and go south to Hennepin. After going through town exit south on State Highway 26. Go approximately 7.75 miles to Clear Creek Road (there is an old schoolhouse at the corner) and turn left (east) and go up the hill approximately 1/2 mile to where the land begins on the south side of the road with alfalfa hay field overlooking Clear Creek and the cropland in the bottoms.
From Peoria take IL Route 29 north from Route 6 intersection at Mossville ~ 24 miles to Henry. Turn Right on to IL Hwy 18 and go over the Illinois River following IL18/IL26 to where they divide. Take IL 26 north approximately 3 miles from this location and turn right on Clear Creek Road proceeding ~1 mile to the farm entrance at the grain bin on the right side of the road (south).
