The property is located on Sage Lane. It has been fully perimeter fenced with a drive roughed in to the high point of the property. The property slopes lightly up to the ridgeline in the center of the parcel and then gradually back down to where it adjoins the ranch property at the back. It has a great natural building site on the ridge in the center of the parcel. This property has a great mix of trees, terrain, and rock formations. There are plenty of useable areas plus natural seclusion from the neighbors. It has been improved with a well. We don't have records on the well but it is a good water area and neighboring wells on both sides are in the 20gpm range.

How about the negatives? Location is about 6 miles from Hwy180 so commute time to the valley is a bit longer but the 2,500 foot elevation will give you cooler temps in the summer and you will enjoy an occasional winter snowfall. There is some cleanup needed... wood and manmade debris, both.

This really is an attractive property with the added benefit of already having a well and fencing.
