The current owners pay a fee of $150/year for using the access road to the property.
Water: There are two seasonal mountain streams that flow through the property. NOTE: The topography of this property is conducive for construction of a nice pond, which could serve as a year round source of water for local wildlife and provide fishing opportunities.
