Services for Cabin: The cabin is complete with electrical junction box, wiring and water plumbing. The electrical system is currently designed so that a generator can be plugged in. Additionally, the cabin has a rainwater collection system.

Rural Water: There is a rural water meter at the north property line. A water line could easily be installed to the cabin.

Septic Systems: Septic systems are commonly installed in this area and considered to be virtually maintenance free. There is a plumbing connection at the edge of the cabin that would make it easy for the new owners to install a septic system.
Access: This cabin is accessed by turning off Hwy 43 onto a private gravel driveway leading to the cabin. There is a privacy entrance gate at the edge of the property just off Hwy 43.

Covered Front Porch: (6 feet x 12 feet) There is a nice covered front porch that provides a nice view of the woods surrounding the cabin. Wildlife are frequently seen on this property. This would be a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
Sleeping Loft: There are a set of stairs in the living room that lead to area that could be used for either small children to sleep or for storage
Storage Building: There is a well-constructed 8 foot wide x 16 feet long Lelands storage building that will convey to the new owners. The storage building has a set of double doors on the front.
