As always, I talk about any negatives. There are a couple. The driveway up to the home is pretty rough and needs some work. The mobile home, while a nice feature, has not been permitted. A septic system will still be required to be installed and either solar or grid is needed for electric. The property location is at the far eastern end of Squaw Valley, so commute time to the valley will be a bit longer but still well within an hour.

It has unparalleled privacy and seclusion and it has drop dead gorgeous world class views in every direction. It has a spectacular place to build and an outstanding well already in place. In short, these two lots just may be the perfect property. The seller is willing to consider carrying paper with an acceptable down payment. Just a final note: Unique, one-of-a-kind properties don't grow on trees. This is absolutely one of those properties. But, the pictures don't do full justice to it.
