The monthly Association fees are $89.00 per month which equates to $1,068 per year plus annual taxes of $31.42. When divided by 7 night stay that equates to a nightly stay of $157.14 for a lifetime of ownership, of course always subject to SVFOA dues increases. The resort rents out the same unit from $400 to $550 per night. There is no public 9% occupancy tax charged on the weekly stay because you own it and are not renting it.
