The deeded acreage includes mesa top and lower portion where well, elect and corals are located, accessed by an unimproved rough two tract road.The lower land cannot be accessed from from upper mesa top. There is a different access to the mesa top.There is another 160 and 80 acres of BLM lease land which are not contiguous with the deeded and are difficult to access and have no water.
