This is a beautiful hunting tract in southern AR. This unique property is primarily mature pine timber with mixed hardwood that provides excellent deer habitat. There are also approximately 6 +/- acres in a natural shallow water duck pond that is full of vegetation and sure to attract great duck hunting. This property is only a few miles as the duck flies from the famous Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge which is known for some of the best duck hunting in the state. Access is along a public road but it is no longer maintained by the county and can get a little slick when it rains.
