Smith Farm

This productive farm offers 205.7 deeded acres with an older farmhouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additional improvements include a log-style studio apartment built in 2005 as well as several farm utility buildings. Smith Farm offers 148 acres irrigated under two low-pressure Zimmatic pivots with water from an 800 GPM irrigation well. The farm also has Pathfinder Irrigation water rights. The south pivot is a 6-tower full circle pivot that was seeded to grass in 2017 and is currently used for grazing. The north pivot is a 5-tower wiper pivot that was seeded to alfalfa in the spring of 2018.
