Spartanburg District 7 Multi-Use Recreational Tract

This is an extremely unique recreational tract only minutes from downtown Spartanburg. This property is owned by First Baptist Church of Spartanburg and was formerly used for retreats and church outings. There are several structures remaining and the potential is unlimited. Some years ago the bridge was washed out leaving no access to the main portion of the land. We recently negotiated a viable access that will allow for full use of the property once again. There is approximately 2500 feet of frontage along Fairforest Creek, some open land and lots of mature hardwoods. A replica of the original church is located on the property along with buildings for cook-outs, restrooms and basketball court. There is also a well. All these need improvement. This tract offers a rare opportunity to purchase a family recreational tract that is easily and quickly accessible at an extremely low price.
