Stage Road Acreage

The Stage Road Acreage is located approximately 7.5 miles northeast of Lusk, Wyoming. Historically, this 240 deeded acres has been used as dryland hay ground and there is currently an older stand of grass/alfalfa dryland hay on the property with approximate yields of one-half to one ton of hay harvested per acre annually, depending on weather conditions. There are no improvements to the Stage Road Acreage, however, there is electricity adjacent to the property.
