The main floor features the kitchen which is open to the dining and family room area. Some of the activities in the area include the Gold Medal fishing waters of the Dream Stream South Platte River as well as bank and boat fishing on Spinney Mountain and Elevenmile Reservoirs. Park County is well known for its ample fishing options, and the thousands of acres of nearby National Forest provide hunting, hiking, and other amazing adventure opportunities. The ranch is approximately 30 minutes from Fairplay and just over an hour from Breckenridge Ski Resort.
