Sunset L-5 Farm

This place is nicely located south of Burns in Sunset Valley. There are two pivots put in 2006 and one older Pierce Pivot which had new controls in 2006 (currently not working). The five irrigation wells are all piped together. This place has been used for pasture the last few years. Two pivots are seeded in kochia and grass and the other pivot is straight kochia. This farm is short of water but can run the two newer pivots. This is a great pasture property for approximately 100 plus head of cattle.
