Tabernacle Tract

Tabernacle Tract is located north of New Brockton in Coffee County. This tract can be accessed from the east via County Road 151. Merchantable and premerchantable planted pine totals 65% of the property, with the balance in hardwood. The opportunity exists for current and future income from the timber situated on Tabernacle Tract. A creek runs through the southern half of the tract.
