The ranch is located about 16 miles north of San Saba on the historic Colorado River with about 2,800 feet of river frontage. The topography varies from slightly rolling to very hilly with deep draws and wet-weather creeks. There are great views throughout the ranch. A thorough mixture of vegetation over the entire ranch includes several varieties of Oak trees, Elm trees, Mesquite, some Juniper, Hackberry, Pecan trees along the river, Wild Texas Persimmon, Agarita, Bee Brush and many more.
